2. Account Registration and Security

To access the gaming services offered by 99s9, you must create a registered account by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile number and choosing a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and current. 99s9 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where 99s9 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 99s9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where a breach of these account security requirements is identified or reasonably suspected. Any winnings accrued through a compromised or improperly accessed account may be voided at the discretion of 99s9.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on 99s9 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency is accepted. 99s9 does not charge currency conversion fees because all transactions remain denominated in BDT from deposit through to withdrawal. The supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 99s9 does not accept cash deposits or direct bank transfers through the standard player account interface.

The minimum deposit amount at 99s9 is ৳100. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by 99s9, however the maximum transaction limits set by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay will apply to any individual transaction. Deposits are typically credited to the Player's BDT wallet immediately upon confirmation of the transfer from the selected mobile money provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact the 99s9 support team with proof of the transfer.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's registered bKash or Nagad number. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the qualifying deposit where applicable.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the terms of the specific promotion shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses issued by 99s9 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players, including card counting software, betting bots, or game outcome predictors.
• Colluding with other Players, including coordinating bets, sharing hand information in live table games, or any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.

Where 99s9 identifies or reasonably suspects a breach of this section, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all associated bets and winnings, forfeit any remaining account balance, and refer the matter to law enforcement authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
